Today we begin to observe the Season of Lent. Jesus turned to Jerusalem to face his own death. We are invited to make this journey with him. Christ walks with us in the dark valley of the shadow of death. We shall not fear. Because He is with us.
What is Real?
Holy God, you are beyond our knowing, beyond our comprehension, yet we see your glory in the face of Jesus Christ, whose compassion shines into the world. Transform us into the likeness of the love of Christ, then we shall be fully human. We shall be fully ourselves. Amen.
