Are there things that separate you from other people or God? Do you ever feel disconnected from life or yourself? Jesus Christ is the spiritual bridge that spans our problems and divisions and connects us to God, other people, and our true self.

March is Women’s History Month. Today we celebrate the history and current ministries of United Women in Faith, the women’s organization that is an important part of our congregation and the United Methodist denomination.

What makes you angry? Do you tend to hold your anger in or let it out, to do a slow burn or pop off? Anger is a natural human emotion and can be used for good, but it can also hurt us and others. Today we’ll explore ways to avoid destructive anger.
